In December 2019, CEO & Founder Patricia Gaines, MAS, MASI was inducted into the

OHIO Promotional Professionals Association (OPPA) Hall of Fame.

She has served as an OPPA board member, as president and in other volunteer positions. 

Early in her career, Patricia Gaines earned the designation of Certified Advertising Specialist (CAS) from the industry's major trade association Promotional Products Association International (PPAI). In 2011, she completed the exam to qualify for the Master Advertising Specialist (MAS) certification with PPAI. That same year, she was one of the first to be awarded the Master of Advertising Specialty Information (MASI) certification by the Advertising Specialty Institute. Only a small group of individuals in the industry have earned both of these highly prestigious certifications.
